Experience with one r professional software packages such as Maya and Nuke is a plus. Scripting proficiency using Python, a plus. Good communication skills and able to take exact direction from FX Leads and FX TDs. Requires strong technical knowledge and organizational skills. Proficiency in shading and rendering techniques. Strong understanding of physical dynamics and natural phenomena. Knowledge of any and/or all of the *****. Previous experience in live-action visual effects for feature films, high-level television, and/l commercials,. High level of demonstrated experience and proficiency in Houdini. Produce look-tests based on provided reference materials. Integrate the created elements into scenes with lighting, shadows, reflections, etc. Work within the show structure and production deadlines to complete all tasks. Design and animate high-quality, photo-real effects (dust, fire, smoke, explosions, debris, clouds, etc.) that meet all technical and aesthetic standards for the project. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional troubleshooting skills and be able to solve technical/artistic problems in a fast-paced team environment.
